Welcome to the September Blog Hop!  I am so happy to be back in the loop and ready for a great autumn full of project ideas and new inspirations.  If you got here from Teri's Blog, you are on the right track.  I hope you told her how much you loved her work - wasn't that perfect for this stamp set?

Well, As soon as I saw the September Stamp of the month, I knew I had to do a coffin!  I got the template for the box here:  Martha Stewart and used the colors from our new paper pack, Hooligans, to decorate the front.  I used just a bit of the actual Hooligan paper - and the whole batch of colors was a bit bright for my tastes, so I sponged black ink over pretty much everything you see.  I also added a couple of pewter brads to compliment it.






















Inside the box there are four cards, showcasing essentially the same design.  The inside of the card says "Scary Halloween to You" and I cut that stamp into four pieces in order to line it up for this shape.

I cut my stamps all the time, do you?  When you want to put them back together, they stick right on the blocks where you want them to!  Try it sometime!!
