As I start to write, I wonder if there are limits to how LONG I'm allowed to make a post...seriously, I have so much to say about Creative University I almost don't know where to start! I think I'll have to break this down a little bit into a couple of posts.
Going to Tresa Black's famous Creative University has been on my bucket list for a few years. She was one of the first Rockstars I met at Close To My Heart and is such a sweet, creative person. If you aren't following her blog, or videos, I highly recommend them. FabulouslyArtsy.com
So, you can imagine how excited I was when Tresa asked me to join her as an instructor for CU2012!! I taught the scrapbook layout for 60 women. The single, biggest project I have tackled. Thankfully, it went very smoothly and all the other instructors made me feel very comfortable.
I had a wonderful time and learned so much in my other classes, too. I made a bracelet, a mini-album, cards and learned 16 different stamping techniques. Here's a few starter photos for you and I promise to be back in just a couple of days with more!
Card Class taught by Sheila Bennett (great ideas for upcoming card clubs!):
Mini-album taught by Michelle Johns (I tweeked this one and still need to finish it!):
Some of the techniques taught by Tresa and all the instructors:
